Abstract
I wrote this book with the desire to contribute to medical training and practice, offering essential support in combating the indiscriminate use of antibiotics and preserving their effectiveness. Throughout the content, I sought to balance clinical requirements with current science in order to provide an accessible read that is also rich in vital information for practice. I hope that this book will be a valuable guide for all health professionals seeking to provide quality, safe and effective care for their patients, helping to transform clinical practice and promoting the conscious use of antibiotics.
