Abstract
This study aims to present the practical experience of the supervised internship carried out at the State Secretariat of Education and Sports (SEED/RR) and contribute suggestions and an action plan focused on administrative practices in the Office of the Secretary of Education, aiming to enhance public management and efficiently meet institutional demands. The proposal is structured around five strategic axes: strengthening internal communication, continuous staff training, organization and planning, developing organizational culture, and continuous evaluation and feedback. To strengthen internal communication, the creation of digital dashboards and the implementation of instant messaging systems are proposed, aiming to optimize the flow of information between departments. The training axis highlights the offering of courses and workshops aimed at developing interpersonal and technical skills. Organization and planning are addressed through the development of schedules and action plans for internal activities, while the development of organizational culture focuses on staff engagement and the promotion of integration activities. Finally, the continuous assessment and feedback axis suggests regular mechanisms for monitoring actions and encouraging a culture of constructive feedback. Expected results include greater management efficiency, improved work environments, and strengthening collaborative practices. The study reinforces the importance of innovative and participatory strategies in public administration as tools for institutional development.
