REPORT ON PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE SUPERVISED INTERNSHIP AT CRAS

Abstract

The supervised internship experience at the CRAS – Social Assistance Reference Center of Rorainópolis/RR allowed me to directly apply the knowledge gained during my undergraduate degree in Public Administration, such as Public Policy Management and Strategic Planning, in supporting the institution's mission of promoting basic social protection and strengthening family ties. From September 9th to October 26th, 2025, in technical and administrative support roles, I was able to actively participate in public service, assisting in updating the Single Registry (CadÚnico), organizing documents, and attending team meetings and community actions. This practical experience consolidated an ethical stance and a commitment to social inclusion, but also allowed the intern to identify areas for improvement, such as technological limitations (equipment and internet) and the restricted physical space. As a final contribution, priority action plans were created for the Modernization of Technological Infrastructure and for Strengthening the Dissemination Strategies of services, aiming to guarantee greater efficiency and expand access for the Rorainópolis community to their social assistance rights.
